Recommendation To Parents

  1. Parents should check the school hand book every evening. Remarks made in the school hand book by the principal/ teacher should be taken note of and countersigned. Besides the school calendar, circulars with serial numbers and dates are issued from time to time to the parents to keep them informed of the school’s programme.
  2. The school contact number should be used in case of emergency, please abstain from the habit of making petty enquiries.
  3. Parents are advised not to grant any money to the students, as any monetary transaction is strictly prohibited.
  4. Parents/guardians/visitors/drivers are not expected to enter the classroom or speak to teachers during the class hours. The teachers will be available to the parents for consultation on all Fridays from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
  5. No vehicle will be allowed to enter the school compound during school hours.
  6. Parents are advised to educate their wards to respect civic rules by not allowing minors to drive two wheelers like motor bikes/heavy vehicles.
  7. Name and class should be clearly labelled on student’s belongings. Lost and found articles will be kept in the office/reception and should be claimed by the child.
  8. Students who fail to show the remarks/ test report and get them countersigned by their parents are liable to be sent home.
  9. Changes in the address or telephone numbers of parents/guardians must be intimated to the school, failing which the school will not be responsible for the non-receipt of communication.
  10. Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry the text/exercise books according to the timetable of the day, absence of which adds excess weight and harms the spine of the child.
  11. Please meet the Principal or a teacher whenever you receive a note or a phone call regarding your ward’s problem.
  12. Should there be any legitimate complaint, do not hesitate to meet the Principal at once for personal intervention.
  13. Criticism of the teacher or the institution in the presence of their children should be scrupulously avoided because it may cause loss of respect to their teacher as well as the school, further retard his progress.
  14. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the parents and it should be paid in time.
  15. We expect you to attend all parent-teacher meetings. This is your opportunity to help us to improve.
  16. Parents are requested to instill the habits of sending home-made foods in their lunch boxes.Junk food is totally prohibited in the School. On Fridays, students are expected to bring only Vegetarian food.
  17. Children should be escorted to and from school by parents or persons authorized by them.
